To all Warriors Fans, Sponsors, Players, Coaches and Staff
I want to utilize this communication to talk about the positives that have happened over the past four months and not get much into the league.

First to the fans, in a very short time we have been able to garner such passionate and loyal fans. Thank You. You are the lifeline for the organization. Everything that we do as an organization is structured to be the best for you. Sections 116 and 117, not to single out any one but you got the arena going with your defense chants. Not only did we hear you but the opponents heard you.  One thing that was constant feedback is how loyal and passionate our fans are.  Were eager to see that energy from our fans next season when there are 6,000 more Warriors fans joining you.

To our sponsors who jumped on board and hung in there with us, thank you.  We know we encountered mistakes but appreciated your patience and your continued support.  Not only were you important to us financially but also added a lot more entertainment to our events and helped us in the community.

To my staff, this is an interesting one. I’m still trying to adapt to the California style. Being an east coast personality it will take me a while, but I do appreciate the efforts of everyone that contributed from December through this past week. It took a lot of work from a lot of various people, most of whom had no prior experience in sports. There are plenty of teams that are in years 4 and 5 and still haven’t achieved some of what we were able to achieve. Thank You to all.

Last but not least the players and coaches.  I’ve said all along that we are the best team indoors in any league. I am angered and disappointed that we don’t get a chance to finish what you started. That does not take away from what you have accomplished. In my travels I’ve seen top teams in other leagues and I am sure today that you could line up in any league with the top team and win the Championship. The way you interacted with the fans both on game days and in the community should be a blue print for all professional sports teams and athletes to follow.  You have all represented not only the organization and the community well but yourselves.   Thank You

In addition, I made a guarantee that if we did not win the championship this year that we would renew the season tickets on us next season.  The owner of the AIF may create obstacles to not allow that to happen, but I know we are the Champions of the AIF and would march through either team he owns in the east. With that said we will renew all season ticket packages as promised. We will also be in a league next season that will offer more games so we will add the games missed to next season.

Thank You All
Tom Mitchell
